We dispatch orders within 1-2 days from receiving your payment. Once the order is sent, you’ll receive a tracking number within 48 hours to be able to track where your order is at any given time.
If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, we’ll dispatch it on Monday as no order is processed or delivered during weekends or holidays.
You can still cancel your purchase order within 24 hours of your purchase confirmation. In order to do that, please refer to our cancellation policy section or contact our support team.
All our products are shipped through international couriers, which means we don’t always have the control over the shipping process. But usually, all our products arrive to you within 3-5 days after they are sent out.
